李睿文，男，1976年4月出生，河北省易县人。

1995.09-1999.07 河北农业大学动物科技学院兽医专业学习，获农学学士学位；

199909-2002.07河北农业大学动物科技学院临床兽医专业学习，获农学硕士学位；

2002.09-  河北农业大学中兽医学院任教；

2007.09-2010.07 中国农业大学攻读基础兽医学专业博士学位，并获得农学博士学位
